Nicole Sukkan brings over 25 years of experience in client and customer service management, operations management and business development. She began her career in the early 90s in customer service management and operations. Later, she returned to school to earn her Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Honours Diploma. Since 2007, Nicole has been actively involved in the third-party assessment industry. Nicole’s extensive background in management has equipped her with the skills and insights necessary to excel in her current role. Nicole has cultivated strong relationships with clients and consultants successfully merging the medical/legal and insurance sectors. Her industry experience, technical knowledge and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset.
